 MEDIATION SERVICES:

Mr. Busch is a trained mediator and frequently mediates disputes in federal and state courts.  He has over forty (40) years of litigation and trial experience for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Mr. Busch has offered his mediation services as a volunteer mediator to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of WV for approximately fourteen (14) years.  In 1999 he was awarded a Certificate of Recognition for mediation by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of WV.  In 2003, Mr. Busch was chosen to preside over Moot Court Competition, Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, in Richmond, VA.  Mr. Busch has completed WV State Bar basic and advanced training courses and has mediated 100+ estimated cases.
